871-7 Professional Engineering Services – Construction Management

Under SIN 871-7, WB provides construction management support. WB advises clients on all aspects of the project from initial planning through final post construction services.
WB’s construction management services include:
- Project Design Phase: design technical reviews, code compliance reviews and constructability reviews; Value Engineering; cost estimates and analysis; Energy and utility studies; Site investigations; schedule/conduct/document design related meetings; and market studies.
- Project Procurement Phase: contract procurement assistance; pre-bid conferences and answering bid/RFP questions; and cost/bid/proposal analysis.
- Construction Phase: on-site construction support; punch list site inspections; schedule/conduct/document progress meetings; project status reports; permitting; and cost estimating assistance.
- Commissioning: technical expertise for start-up, calibration, and/or certification of operating systems.
- Testing: manage independent testing agency to perform specific quality control testing and inspection services.
- Post Construction: Post Occupancy Evaluations (POEs); lessons learned reports; occupancy planning, move coordination, and relocation assistance.
