Peter DeBernardo
Principal, Director of Engineering
How WB is Improving the Way Things are Done: “As Director of Engineering, I am responsible for setting the standard for WB’s design at the beginning of each project. I also complete a final review of all documents before they are issued. Coming from an operating engineering background, I understand design concepts and real life operating issues."
Peter, a founding principal of WB, is our Director of Engineering. He divides his time between project work and quality review of WB’s engineering documents.
Prior to joining WB, Peter was an Operating Engineer in the Operations and Maintenance Department at the World Trade Center. This experience gave him a practical, hands-on knowledge of complex building systems that enable him to view situations from the owner's standpoint.
Peter has a Bachelors and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. |
