ANNOUNCEMENT: Greener, Greater Buildings Plan Passed into law on December 9, 2009, New York City’s Greener, Greater Buildings Plan is a comprehensive plan to require ongoing efficiency improvements in existing large buildings, which consume nearly half of the city’s energy.
