WB Names William Connors as Principal

August 2007

William Connors, PE has been named principal at WB, announces David Bonifacic, managing principal at the firm.

Bill is a licensed fire protection and mechanical engineer, and will be managing the fire protection and plumbing aspects of the firm’s projects.

“Bill brings to our team extraordinary credentials, having been associated with top firms in our field,” says Mr. Bonifacic. “His impressive experience will be a valuable asset to our organization.”

Bill previously worked at Cosentini Associates, where he was responsible for design and project management. His notable projects include work on the MGM Vdara Tower, a luxury condo hotel under construction at MGM Mirage’s $7 billion City Center project in Las Vegas, the “Our Lucaya” Resort and Casino in the Bahamas, the Arab Museum of Modern Art in Doha, Quatar, a 600,000 sq. ft. Citibank Call Center in Jacksonville, FL, and 15 MetroTech Center and the Atlantic Terminal in Brooklyn, New York.

Bill is a National Fire Protection Association-certified specialist and a LEED-accredited professional. He is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the ACEC Plumbing Code Committee, the American Society of Sanitary Engineers, and the Plumbing Foundation.

He earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in mechanical engineering from Manhattan College.
