Citi Retail Branches
Citi is one of WB’s long term clients. For over 25 projects in Massachusetts, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, WB has provided both due diligence studies and MEP engineering services for retail bank branches. The analysis from our due diligence studies is used by Citi for site selection. Some of the branches are new construction of stand-alone buildings, others are renovation projects in existing buildings.
WB is also working with Citigroup on updating their standard details. These documents are constantly evolving as improvements continue to be made to the retail branch design.
WB is participating on Citi’s “Green to the Core” program, an initiative to LEED certify all retail bank branches by the end of 2008.
