WB is the Commissioning Authority for this 50,000 sq. ft. renovation of MechoShade Shading Systems’ corporate headquarters renovation in New York. The project is registered under the USGBC LEED for New Construction rating system and is seeking the Enhanced Commissioning credit.
WB is supporting the design team in all commissioning related activities including developing the Owner’s Project Requirements document as well as preparing the commissioning specifications for the design documentation. In addition, WB is assisting in the application process to obtain NYSERDA funding under the most recent New Construction program opportunity notification, PON1222.
