WB provided information technology design for a new 300,000 sq. ft. office building, which includes assembly spaces for the General Assembly on the first and second floors. The project also includes campus connectivity to the existing 9th Street building.
9th Street Office Building/Richmond Hotel
WB is working on the rehabilitation of the existing 9th Street building. The space is approximately 183,000 sq. ft.; the project includes the renovation of a 3,500 sq. ft. ballroom and the entry lobby.
WB’s work for both buildings includes voice, data, video cabling and CATV cabling infrastructure design and consulting services.
