WB provided IT consulting for the migration of the primary and secondary data centers for Cambridge’s Administrative Office of the Trial Courts (AOTC). Our team managed both the design and implementation planning services. This highly visible project required collaboration between WB’s team, the Division of Capital Asset Management, and the AOTC information technology department.
WB’s most important task for the project was to develop a migration plan that mitigates the IT risks associated with relocating an active data center that supports 100+ trial court facilities throughout the Commonwealth. The scope of WB’s work includes MEPT, CCTV, and access control for highly sensitive data.
