Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY
WB provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire protection engineering for the design of a research laboratory in Van Etten Hospital. The laboratory is located in an 8,500 sq. ft. space in the basement of the hospital. In addition to the lab, the space includes offices, a conference area, and an administrative support area.
Because of the potentially hazardous natural gas fumes from the laboratory, WB designed vacuums, fume hoods and RO water at each bench.
