WB has an on-call contract with Jones Lang LaSalle, the building management company, to provide base building engineering services at 1285 Avenue of the Americas. WB is responsible for ensuring that all tenant designs and construction comply with the building rules and regulations. One of our primary responsibilities is to provide drawing review services. For all tenant work being performed in the building, WB reviews the engineering drawings and issues a report describing any discrepancies with the building design standards.
