  • Retail Repositioning Study of the basement, first and second floors
  • Upgrade outside air system for base building
  • Tenant fit-out of 4,100 sq. ft. for Hercules office space on the 7th floor.
  • Renovation to the existing 2,252 sq. ft. suite and expansion to a 2,489 sq. ft. suite for The Action Center for Educational Services and Scholarships (ACCESS)
  • Tenant fit-out of 40,000 sq. ft. on the 11th floor.
  • Tenant fit-out of 8,798 sq. ft. for the Paul | McCoy Family Office Services LLP offices on the 7th floor
  • Tenant fit-out for 3,000 sq. ft. for Pearson office on the
