WB is the Base Building Engineer working for Jones Lang LaSalle at 99 High Street, in Boston, MA. 99 High Street is a 730,000 sq. ft., 32-story office tower overlooking the Central Artery and Emerald Necklace in downtown Boston. Working with the building owner, WB has provided complete mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection consulting services for numerous upgrades to the building including:
- Development of the Base Building Standards
- Rebuilt the existing air handlers
- Replaced cooling towers with a 2,000 ton chiller plant
- Tenant fit up of 7,000 sq. ft. on the 17th Floor
- Renovation 3,500 sq. ft. on the 8th Floor
- Tenant fit up of 3,500 sq. ft. on the 16th Floor
- Renovation of the existing CitiGroup space
