Montclair State University, Dickson Hall Upper Montclair, NJ
Dickson Hall, composed of classrooms and faculty office spaces, was renovated several years ago, but at that time the mechanical systems were not updated. After enduring years of trying to make old systems work in a new space e space, WB was hired by Montclair State University to update the mechanical design.
WB's design work included determining the location and capacity of all required air transfer ductwork and grilles, and VAV boxes. Upon completion, the redesigned systems was appropriately-sized for the building and therefore, able to perform more efficiently and more effectively for the space. |
