For this project, WB provided MEP/FP engineering for the addition of an 8,500 sq. ft. trading floor to accommodate 148 traders.
When Cantor Fitzgerald / BGC Brokers was under different ownership, the MEP infrastructure was designed and sized for future expansion. We were able to utilize the existing infrastructure in this expansion resulting in minimal disruption to the business operation. The new trading area has great flexibility in anticipation of being used for different purposes in the future.
