Jones Apparel Group has been a consistent WB client for a number of years. Our MEP/FP engineering design has included the design of showroom spaces for several of the firm's fashion design labels, located on the 17th, 18th and 27th floors at 1411 Broadway. The complete renovation of these spaces required significant coordination with the project team to integrate the unique architectural features with the state-of-the-art MEP/FP systems. As part of our work, we also designed customized lighting controls systems for these spaces.
