Juniper Networks - One Rogers Street, Cambridge, MA
WB provided MEP/PF engineering and design services for the relocation of Juniper Security Products Division to One Rogers Street in Cambridge, MA. The project is approximately 45,000 RSF comprised of 10% private office and 90% open office environment.
The general office includes electronic testing laboratory and LAN facility of approximately 4,000 SF, mail/copy rooms, lunchroom, video conference rooms, a customer demonstration center with a training room and staff conference rooms with in the general office area. The laboratory and LAN facilities will generate an equipment power demand of 100 watts per square foot. The rooms are cooled 24/7 using new supplementary cooling system, multiple units. The power for both the communications and server rooms are provided with an uninterrupted power source (UPS) with back up power from a new roof mounted generator. The unit serves the LAN lab and server room equipment and the supplementary air conditioning system.
