Motorola at Cross Point, Lowell, MA
WB provided MEP engineering services for the fit-out of this 35,000 sq. ft. corporate interiors and laboratory space at Cross Point, a Class A office tower. The program included open and closed plan offices, conference rooms, focus rooms, pantry/break room, a lab, power rooms, loading dock and copy room.
In addition, WB consulted on the design of the DC power distribution system. The project included design of new electrical infrastructure. We also designed dedicated HVAC units for the lab space.
