This project involved the interior construction of the Executive floor space on the 39th floor at Verizon’s former headquarters. It was a two phased project including all executive suites, conference rooms and assistant workstation areas. All construction was extremely high end with distinctive architectural features.
The high quality construction finishes and unique architectural features required exacting detail and attention to this project. There was also a complex ceiling construction and complete temperature control capabilities in each of the private offices. Phase II of this project included the installation of a separate HVAC system for the entire floor with separate roof top air handling units and individual variable air volume boxes. Meeting the tight schedule deadlines was critical for this important executive area.
