Working closely with Gensler, WB provided full MEP design and construction administration services for the fit-out of this 16,000 sq. ft. office. The fit-out included new conference rooms, reception area, private offices with support spaces, and a new bathroom. WB also designed a supplemental air conditioning unit for the office, tied into the base building systems to provide after-hours cooling.
