Reboul, MacMurray, Hewitt, Maynard & Kristol, NY, NY
The interior renovation of the law offices of Reboul, MacMurray, Hewitt, Maynard & Kristol (RMHK) consisted of the build-out of one floor at 45 Rockefeller Center and the reconfiguration of RMHK's existing two floors. The project required specific construction phasing and coordination because the work was being done in occupied areas. The integration of the three floors became part of the overall program.
The space renovation included private offices, boardroom, conference rooms, LAN room, overtime air conditioning systems and a stairwell connecting the three floors.
