WB provided MEP design services for the build-out of this 70,000 sq. ft. Critical Facility and Data Center. The site consisted of approximately 45,000 sq. ft. of equipment space and 25,000 sq. ft. of presentation space. An 850 ton central plant was designed to provide mechanical cooling. A chilled water loop provided redundancy for the facility.
Energy conservation was also important to this project. WB implemented variable frequency drives on motors and an evaporative fluid cooler in order to help conserve energy.
