Verizon - Call Center, Taunton, MA
As the prime consultant for this 100,000 sq. ft. call center renovation and expansion, WB meticulously planned all project details, from the up-front budget estimates to the project schedule, in order to successfully accomplish this renovation project. Because of such detailed coordination, our team, including ADD Inc, has kept the call center fully operational throughout the multi-phased construction.
As part of our engineering work, WB modified and expanded all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire alarm/fire protection systems in the space, and designed a UPS system. In addition, we worked closely with Verizon's internal IT group to design and coordinate all of the tele/data infrastructure. |
