Citi Retail Bank Branches
At multiple locations in Massachusetts, New York and Pennsylvania, WB has provided both due diligence studies and MEP engineering services for Citi's retail bank branches. Some of the branches are new construction and some of the branches are being built-out in existing space. WB is also working with Citigroup on updating their standard details. These documents are constantly evolving as modifications continue to be made to the design of Citi's ATMs.
WB is part of Citi's "Green to the Core" initiative team. This team is developing a standard LEED specification and design for all of Citi's future branches, which will be presented to the USGBC for approval. Once approved, all of Citi's branches following this design will be LEED certified.
