Administrative Office of the Trial Courts, Cambridge, MA
WB was the IT consultant for the migration of the primary and secondary data centers for Cambridge's Administrative Office of the Trial Courts. We provided both design and implementation planning services. This highly visible project requires collaboration between WB's team, the Division of Capital Asset Management, and the AOTC information technology department.
WB's most critical task for the project is to develop a migration plan that mitigates the IT risks associated with relocating an active data center that supports 100+ trial court facilities throughout the Commonwealth.
