WB provided IT consulting for this 60,000 square foot relocation for The Phoenix Companies. Within a 9 month schedule, the project team completed the construction and successful migration of a 1,000 square foot data center and 250+ persons over a single weekend.
The facility is the primary call center for all of Phoenix's business units. Therefore, it was critical that we plan and successfully implement a zero-downtime migration strategy. Working with the client and their vendors, WB designed the data center and cabling systems, and built in parallel/procured new/hot-cut their WAN, LAN, telephony, call-recording, server and desktop platforms. |
