As part of our Commissioning services—for new buildings as well as re-commissioning or retro-commissioning projects—WB acts as the Owner’s advocate, verifying that the project that is constructed performs as the Owner intended. We conduct integrated tests of the building’s systems to determine that they are properly designed and installed, efficient for their intended functions, and capable of being operated and maintained by facility personnel. Once the commissioning is complete, the Owner will have the appropriate manuals, maintenance plans, training programs, and procedures in place to effectively monitor energy use and building system performance.
